SHIPPING POLICY

The shipping policy applies to all orders placed on hiscosmos.com.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to current order volumes during peak sales period, there may be a dispatch delay of 1-2 days. 

All shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING

We offer complimentary shipping on orders over 39 U.S. dollars. For orders under 39 U.S. dollars, a shipping fee applies.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are shipped with Yun Express. For orders under 39 U.S dollar.

 

DUTIES & TAXES

All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). There are no additional charges when the product arrives in your country

 

ORDER DISPATCH TIMES

Orders are dispatched on the same or next business day Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) depending on the time you place your order relative to the China time (this is where your order is being shipped from).

 

TRACK MY ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched an email will be sent with your parcel tracking number and a link with which you can click to check the status of your delivery.

 

RETURN POLICY

We've worked hard to ensure our Returns is quick and painless as we know that returning your items can often be a pain.

Please be advised, however, due to the delicate nature and privacy of stockings, we only accept product returns when quality issues and is not responsible for the cost of return shipping.

All tags must be intact and the item unworn or unused. If there are any signs of use we will not be able to accept the return, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Please make sure that the details (including name, address, phone number etc.) you give us are correct and complete.

We are not responsible for orders that are delivered to the wrong address which provided by the customer. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

To arrange your complimentary return label via DHL, please use our online returns portal to submit your return.

You will need to enter your order ID and email address to initiate the return.

During the return process, you will be able to specify a pickup time and location for DHL to collect your items.
