SHIPPING

Do you ship to my country?
Hiscosmos ship to most locations worldwide. And we are sorry for some of the areas that can’t be shipped, we are working hard with suppliers on it.

How can I track my shipment?
Once your parcel has been shipped you will receive the tracking number by email.International delivery times vary depending on the country we shipping to, but most destinations can be reached within 14 days by express and 30 days by standard.

 

PAYMENT

What are your accepted payment methods?
Hiscosmos accepts payments with PayPal.

Do I have to pay international taxes and duties?
No, the price is tax included.

 

ORDERS

Can I make any changes to my order?
The processing of your order starts as soon as your order is placed. With a limited timeframe for us to cancel or amend it. Please not that during busy periods such as holidays, sale and new releases may prevent changing your order in time. If you would like to change your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible on service@hiscosmos.com

I did not receive my order confirmation.
As soon as your order is placed, an order confirmation is sent to the email address you entered in the checkout. If it is missing, please make sure you have provided the correct email address and check your email spam folder. If it is still missing, there might be a typo in the email address on your order. Please contact us at service@hiscosmos.com, and we will sort it out for you.

When do I receive my order?
You will receive a email with tracking code once the order delivery begins. If the email is missing, please make sure you have provided the correct email address and check your email spam folder. My tracking link does not work.
Note that it can take up to 24 hours to update the tracking link. If your link is not updated after 24 hours, please reach out to service@hiscosmos.com

Can I exchange items on my received order?
Unfortunately are we unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to change to a different size or item, a new order must be placed.

When will I receive my refund?
Please note returns can take up to 10 business days to process from arrival of your package to our warehouse. During busy periods this timeline can be longer. However, we do endeavor to process all returned items as quickly as possible.

My product has a defect.
